This garment was made by a family-owned factory located in Venice, Italy. They are audited by Kering and adhere to all applicable standards. Within the factory they comply with an internal ethics & social responsibility code as well as a safety management system (SGSSL). This Italian factory was founded in 2003 by three women, two of whom are sisters with impressive family lineage in fashion and garment craftsmanship. Their grandmother was a gifted talent scout who discovered Martin Margiela, among others, and their father dedicated a lifetime to the art of traditional tailoring. This family-owned mill works with natural fibers and does not use hazardous dyes. They have the following certifications: Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) - capable Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
