Sustainability: The upper is cut from goat suede farmed in Italy and tanned in Padova at a Gold-Rated Leather Working Group tannery operating since 1981, using chrome-free skins, renewable energy, and FSC-certified recycled packaging. Suede is split from the underside of the hide for a soft, pliable hand. Assembled by a family-owned atelier in Venice working to Kering's audited standards.

Suede is a soft leather that is split from the underside of the hide, creating a velvety napped finish. While its characteristics depend on the type of animal, the tanning process and thickness, most suede is quite pliable.

Located in Padova, Italy, this Gold-Rated Italian LWG Tannery has been hand crafting and traditionally manufacturing leathers since 1981 and now focuses on their own sustainablility measures through their certification.

This Italian tannery offers Chrome-free skins; paying particular attention to reducing the amount of waste and chemicals from exhaustion bath processes. They employ 100% renewable energy, and have introduced recycled materials for packaging and production needs to improve their sustainable development.
