Sourcing

This mill takes great care in cultivating its silk, including organically grown mulberry plants for silkworm consumption. The yarns are then spun in the southwest part of China, bordering Tibet. This mill complies with the following standards:

Craftsmanship

This Italian factory was founded in 2003 by three women, two of whom are sisters with impressive family lineage in fashion and garment craftsmanship. Their grandmother was a gifted talent scout who discovered Martin Margiela, among others, and their father dedicated a lifetime to the art of traditional tailoring.
