The Ignis Maxi Shirtdress is rendered in 100% organic linen printed with a Uruguayan flowers motif, drawn from the native flora of Paysandú, that cascades across the full-length silhouette and softly fades toward the hem. Dramatically rounded dolman sleeves taper at the elbow, with a concealed front button placket preserving the clean line of the front.

Primarily operating as a textile archive based in Lyon, France, this company has provided a historical and private collection of original documents, drawings, and textiles spanning four centuries. With a history dating as far back as 1785, this company of then luxury ribbon manufacturing merged with silk producers to finally forming an operating Maison in the 1920's. The elegant textile archives provide innovative and modern silk deadstock that is repurposed, contributing to a cyclical system and eliminating waste. They are dedicated to improving production and manufacturing practices and specifically minimize their impact on the environment.

This Italian factory was founded in 2003 by three women, two of whom are sisters with impressive family lineage in fashion and garment craftsmanship. Their grandmother was a gifted talent scout who discovered Martin Margiela, among others, and their father dedicated a lifetime to the art of traditional tailoring.

It is up to three times more insulating than regular wool, with lofty fibers that can be tightly knit into warm and lightweight fabric. Like all wool, it wicks moisture and allows skin to breathe.
