The Mia Necklace is hand-crafted in New York, combining rare antique natural saltwater pearls with solid 18K gold beads. Over a century old and certified for provenance, each wild-formed 100% nacre pearl is hand-knotted on silk thread, paired with individually hand-hammered gold beads for an organic finish. Featuring eighty-four pearls and one hundred sixty-eight gold beads in a rhythmic sequence.
