The Ohio Slip-on Sneaker in Golden Birch Nubuck is a low-top sneaker built on Italian shoemaking, its warm amber nubuck upper set with non-functional laces and a hidden elastic gusset for a clean lace-up look that wears as an everyday slip-on.

Size and Fit: Fits true to size, regular fit. Italian sizing 35 to 42.

Styling Notes: Pairs cleanly with tailored wool trousers, denim, or a linen maxi dress.

Sustainability: Handcrafted in Italy from calfskin nubuck sourced from Leather Working Group certified tanneries. The Padova tannery, working since 1981, holds LWG Gold, the group's highest environmental rating; a second tannery filters and treats all dyed water and holds ISO 14001 certification. Final assembly uses water-based adhesives in a solar-powered Italian factory, with a recycled rubber outsole.

The Ohio sneaker is an elegant and easy to wear everyday sneaker. It's original lace-up gives it a unique look. It is a comfortable shoe as it is a slip-on with a hidden elastic. It's also sustainable as we used water based glue as well as recycled rubber soles for this shoe.

Eurocom: Located in Padova, Italy, this Gold-Rated Italian LWG Tannery has been hand crafting and traditionally manufacturing leathers since 1981 and now focuses on their own sustainablility measures through their certification.

Family founded in 1969 in Chiampo, Italy, This tannery blends generations of craftsmanship with a focus on sustainable innovation. LWG Silver-rated and aiming for Gold, they filter and treat all dyed waters through Acque del Chiampo and are UNI EN ISO 14001 certified. Their commitment to social responsibility aligns with UNIC standards, and they continue to uphold strict codes of conduct across all operations and subcontractors.

This shoe was made by an Italian Shoe Factory that has invested in solar power and implementation of water based glues- which eliminates the use of chemicals.
