GABRIELA HEARST INITIATIVE TO HELP SAVE THE CHILDREN AND ITS CHILDREN’S EMERGENCY FUND

For the seventh consecutive year, Gabriela Hearst partners with Save the Children to support this fund during the holiday season. From December 1st to December 25th, 2025, 100 percent of net proceeds* across all ready-to-wear, handbags, and accessories in Gabriela Hearst flagship stores (985 Madison Avenue New York, 9502 Wilshire Boulevard Los Angeles, and 59 Brook Street London) and on gabrielahearst.com will be donated to the Children’s Emergency Fund.

All Gabriela Hearst handbags, which are usually only available via a waitlist, will be click-to-buy on gabrielahearst.com, with complimentary engraving available on the classic handbag styles.

The Children’s Emergency Fund (CEF) is one of the largest flexible humanitarian funds in the world that enables Save the Children to prepare and respond as soon as crises strike, delivering life-saving support wherever it is needed, when it matters most.

Gabriela Hearst is also named as Save the Children's newest ambassador. A long-standing supporter and former trustee, Gabriela embarks on a new chapter to further her impactful contributions and raise awareness about the issues facing kids globally in her new role.

"We are excited to welcome Gabriela Hearst as our newest Save the Children ambassador. Gabriela is a passionate and outspoken advocate for children both as a generous supporter of our work and through her years as a Save the Children trustee,” said Janti Soeripto, President and Chief Executive Officer of Save the Children US. “Her steadfast dedication to making the world a better place is deeply embedded in everything she does, personally and professionally, and we're so grateful for her continued partnership in helping change the lives of children and families around the world.”

Gabriela’s journey with Save the Children began in 2017 when she visited programs in rural Kenya. Witnessing the devastation caused by drought, which put millions of people at risk of famine, she was determined to help. She pledged $600K to cover the needs of 1,000 families in the communities she visited —launching her first fundraising campaign to benefit Save the Children and raising the pledged sum in two days.

Save the Children’s newest ambassador has also served as member of the organizations’ board of trustees from 2018 to 2025 and as a co-founder of 100 Strong, Save the Children’s women philanthropic leadership network. Created by women for women, 100 Strong is a movement reimagining the future of philanthropy to address the big challenges facing the world’s children.
